Join us as we welcome the new summer season with an evening of movement, creativity, community, and seasonal dining.
In collaboration with Grow & Flow yoga studio and Peach St, this special summer gathering invites you to slow down, connect with nature, and celebrate the abundance of the season.
✨ The Experience Includes:
• A guided all-levels yoga flow designed to honor the energy of the seasonal shift
• Flower crown making!
• A thoughtfully curated dinner showcasing the best flavors of early summer
Yoga flow starts at 6:30 at Grow & Flow in Tellico.
Then, weather permitting we will construct flower crowns together outside while enjoying snacks.
Dinner will commence at Peach St. when the timing feels right!
$50 per participant, all are welcome! Contact us to reserve!
