You are invited to join this special Heartsong Healing Voice Empowerment DAY RETREAT as a celebration of the Summer Solstice. The prefect restorative break pre-Christmas!!
Venue in Te Horo near Otaki, easily accessible from Palmerston North Region or Wellington Region, including from Wellington Airport for those from further afield
This nurturing enjoyable special day is a fabulous opportunity for us all to dive deep into voice empowerment, conscious sounding, energy healing and song work - within a framework of deep meditation and inner peace.
This event is open to anyone with any levels of confidence and skill with your voice. The work will support those who are not confident with their voice and will also give new skills and tools to confident singers and speakers.
Empower yourself through exploring deeply uplifting and energizing practices which enable you to connect with your authentic voice in an embodied way!
These powerful and transformative Voice practices will be held within the context of ritual and meditation - including a healing cacao ceremony. They have a positive effect on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual senses and are a great stress-relieving energizer!!
There will also be extended time and space to rest, journal in an unstructured way, and to integrate the powerful energies of the Voice work.
All of this will be held and taught in a held safely facilitated space by Bryony from Heartsong Healing. Bryony has been working with the Voice and energy in a conscious way for 27 years, after these practices helped her heal from chronic fatigue syndrome in the 1990s.

This day retreat will be held at the stunning location of Strathean Retreat Centre in Te Horo on the Kapiti Coast, surrounded by nature trees and with a unique deeply peaceful energy in the grounds, created by generations gathering there for meditation, spiritual and energy practice and healing.
This day retreat promises to be a powerful, nourishing, spiritually supportive experience.
It is possible to book to stay at Strathean for a night or two before or afterwards if you want to extend your retreat time
