Summer Solstice is coming back this year at Grandview Park, 3230 Easton Blvd, DSM, IA 50317.
Baronial Championships will be held for armored combat, cut & thrust, and arts & sciences.
Their Excellencies will hold Baronial Court.
Bring a project and there may be classes. (Let us know if there is something you would like to teach!) This is an in-garb event.
We will have a potluck again. It's sure to be delicious! The Barony will provide plates, cups, napkins, utensils, and water. Alcohol is permitted on site but limited to beer and wine in single-serve containers only. If you are bringing a cook pot, consider adding an extension cord and/or power strip.
No event fee, but there will be a jar at gate for donations to help cover site cost and supplies. Please do sign the waiver as usual. Only service animals permitted indoors. Do not drive on the grass.
