Summer Solstice Day Retreat at Paus, Cambridgeshire

A whole day just for you — to move, to rest, to breathe, to remember your own light.

We’ll ease into the morning with gentle yoga, a little dance, lymph‑cleansing movement, breathwork and even a touch of brain yoga.

A sensory walk will guide us back into the body before we gather for a nourishing homemade lunch.

Then we surrender to the magic of Paus — hot jacuzzi, cold immersion, sauna and quiet corners to simply be.

A soft pause in the middle of the year.

We’ll close the day wrapped in the soothing waves of a soundbath, letting everything settle.

Come celebrate the Summer Solstice — and if Father’s Day is part of your heart’s story, this space can hold that too.

Please note that this session is not suitable for:

• Individuals with severe mental health conditions or those currently under GP/medical care

• Anyone with a pacemaker

• People with noise sensitivity

• Young people under the age of 16

• Pregnant women in their first trimester

• Anyone who has consumed alcohol or other substances prior to the session

Toni is an intuitive sound healer and yoga teacher, and the founder of Wellness YoDa. She is passionate about empowering everyday people to transform their lifestyles through yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness.

Drawing on her training in breathwork, meditation, yoga, and sound healing, Toni creates safe, nurturing spaces where participants can explore, release, and reconnect. She works masterfully with sound and vibration to clear stagnant energy, soothe the nervous system, and support deep energetic realignment.

Her sessions are known for their warmth, authenticity, and a touch of magic — guiding you back to your centre with clarity and ease.
