As many of you know, I like to honour the turning of the wheel throughout the year and take time to slow down and connect with the energy each season brings.This turn of the wheel brings us to Summer Solstice and Litha. A time of warmth, abundance, creativity, celebration and light before we slowly begin the journey back inward again.
To mark the season, I’ll be holding a small intimate Summer Solstice Craft & Sound Retreat for just 4 women on Saturday 21st June.
Throughout the morning we’ll share ceremonial cacao, create dried flower crowns using seasonal flowers and herbs, spend time crafting with clay — whether that’s a goddess figure, symbolic piece or something more personal to you — and close together with a deeply restorative sound healing journey.
There’ll also be herbal refreshments and nibbles and a few thoughtful gifts to take home afterwards.
This morning is open to anyone who feels drawn to spend a few hours creating, resting, connecting and embracing the energy of midsummer in a gentle and welcoming space.
