This year Lex and Imoen are hosting a free yoga flow in Pittville Park - uplifting movement, sun salutations, juicy stretches and plenty of laughter, on the grass in front of the Pump Rooms.
If you like, stay after for a Solstice Brunch picnic - berry compote, Greek yoghurt, homemade granola and orange juice.
