Summer Solstice Celebration: Movement and Sound

Come Celebrate the Summer Solstice with us! A movement and sound combo with Aly and Danny at Live free Yoga to salute the sun, light and warmth, and the cycles of nature.
What to Expect:
-30 minutes of gentle yoga with singing bowls to get the body moving and mind relaxed. The movement will focus on all the elements of sun salutations, rhythmic and cyclical motion.
-45 minutes extended Savasana and sound immersion using singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and more to leave you deeply relaxed.
-20 minutes (optional) to make your own real flower crown and socialize, and sip on cool fruity tea.
What to Bring:
-Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and anything else you'll need to ensure comfort.
-It is also recommended to dress in layers, as the body cools down during stillness.
Important Notes:
-Anyone younger than 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
-Sage and incense will be used during the session.
About the Practitioner:
Daniel O'Dowd is a sound bath practitioner and has been certified as a Vibrational Meditation Practitioner since July 2025. He founded his company, Sound of the Soul, in January 2025 and is dedicated to practicing sound healing to help people find inner peace and a deeper connection with their soul.
