Celebrate the longest day of the year with a powerful and meaningful yogic tradition, 108 Sun Salutations.
In yoga, the number 108 holds deep significance, often representing wholeness, connection, and the cycles of nature. Practicing 108 Sun Salutations during the Summer Solstice has become a way to honor the sun’s energy, welcome the new season, and move through a physical and mental reset.
This two-hour workshop will guide you through a combination of Ashtanga and Classical Sun Salutations, building heat, strength, and focus as we move together in rhythm and breath. The practice is intentionally repetitive allowing it to become a moving meditation as much as a physical challenge.
This class has a rhythmic flow, and while it is physically demanding, participants are always encouraged to listen to their bodies. Modifications, rest, and adjusting your pace are not only welcome, they are part of the practice. Whether you complete all 108 or take breaks along the way, the experience is about showing up, staying present, and honoring where you are.
