Join Taj Chander for a heart-opening evening of ceremonial cacao, ecstatic movement, Kundalini meditation, and sound in celebration of the Summer Solstice.
This gathering is about awakening joy, vitality, and connection through rhythm, breath, and presence. We’ll begin with a ceremonial serving of cacao to open the heart and energize the body, followed by Kundalini-inspired practices, meditation, and a celebratory sound immersion with Taj DJ’ing his recent album of yoga house music!
Together, we’ll flow with the solar current clearing heaviness and celebrate being alive.
Through movement, mantra, rhythm, and sound, we enter the Solstice field fully awake!
