Embrace the Summer Solstice—the longest day of the year, when the sun's radiant energy is at its peak, and nature pulses with vibrant life. As we honor this powerful transition, we recognize that we, too, are reflections of the earth's abundant energy. This is a time for expansion, celebration, and deep gratitude for all that has blossomed.
In this sacred offering, you'll be invited to connect with the seasonal energies and yourself through embodiment practices, cacao, ecstatic dance, guided meditation, and crystal bowl sound healing. With the rhythmic, bass filled frequencies of drum and bass, the energy of the Solstice will carry you into a state of joyous celebration and reflection, uniting music, movement, and heart-centered connection.
We'll conclude with a warm tea and a delicious seasonal cake (courtesy of Tiny Seed—vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free), offering a sweet moment of togetherness as we honor the beauty and transformative energy of the Summer Solstice.

Kelly is a dedicated Cacao Facilitator, Yin Yoga Facilitator, ceremonialist, and DJ who intertwines poetic ritual with a deep commitment to creating meaningful and deeply nourishing experiences. Through her trauma-sensitive approach, she explores the sacred elemental and cyclical energies of nature to foster self-connection, groundedness, and personal growth. In a world often focused on external awakening, Kelly empowers her community to return to the heart and body as a path to self-discovery and deeper awareness. Her belief in cacao, yin yoga, music, and movement as powerful tools for this journey is rooted in her own transformative experiences, which led her to complete extensive training in cacao facilitation, advanced trauma-informed yin yoga, and ecstatic dance DJ training. Kelly guides others toward their true north, blending her diverse modalities to create both joyful and deeply transformative journeys of self-discovery and heart connection.
