About Sarah:
With seven years of experience on the yoga path, Sarah began her journey in Europe, continued in India, and now shares her practice in New Zealand. She completed her 200-hour training in Goa, India, and has taught in both India and Tauranga. After her first pregnancy in 2020, Sarah completed Bliss Baby Yoga Teacher Training to deepen her knowledge of yoga during pregnancy. Now pregnant with her second baby, she is excited to share yoga with other expectant mothers on their journey.
