SUMMER SOLSTICE: A FLOATING SOUND BATH

As we enter the Summer Solstice, this is a beautiful time to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and intentionally step into the energy of the new season.

Longer days. Softer evenings. More light. More openness. More life calling us back into the present moment.

On Sunday, June 21st, join me for a floating sound bath experience at Hill House — an intimate evening designed to help you reset, soften, and realign through sound, water, stillness, and intentional rest.

Together, we’ll float beneath the evening sky while immersed in crystal singing bowls, grounding instruments, guided meditation, and calming frequencies designed to support the nervous system and bring the body back into balance.
