Together, we’ll move through 108 Sun Salutations — a tradition that represents release, renewal, and stepping into a new season with intention. This is not about being perfect or pushing yourself past your limits. It’s about showing up, moving together, and being part of something meaningful.
Take breaks when you need to. Move at your own pace. Whether you complete all 108 or simply come for the experience, this practice is yours.
Expect a morning filled with movement, energy, reflection, and community as the sun rises over Lido Key Beach.
Being Father’s Day weekend, it’s also the perfect experience to share with your father, a father figure, or someone meaningful in your life.
