Begin the afternoon by enjoying refreshing handcrafted summer mocktails while getting to know one another. Danielle and Priya will introduce the afternoon's offerings and share how simple wellness practices can become part of everyday life.
2:35–2:50 PM
-Breathwork
Led by Priya Anand McCarley, experience calming breathing techniques that help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and bring you into the present moment.
2:50–3:10 PM
-Self-Massage
Learn simple self-massage techniques from Karen Geiger, LMT, to release tension and create relaxation using methods you can easily practice at home.
3:10–3:20 PM
-Lymphatic Wellness
Karen will explain how the lymphatic system supports detoxification, immunity, and overall wellness, along with practical tips to encourage healthy lymph flow.
3:20–3:30 PM
-Facial Lymphatic Massage
Allison Kuhlmeyer, Licensed Esthetician, will demonstrate a gentle facial lymphatic massage routine to help reduce puffiness, improve circulation, and leave your skin glowing.
3:30–4:00 PM
-Gentle Chair Yoga
Danielle Ryan will lead a relaxing chair yoga practice focused on releasing tension, improving mobility, and leaving you feeling calm, centered, and refreshed. Suitable for every body and every level of experience.
Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed, connected, and inspired with simple self-care practices you can continue at home.
