Summer Silks Foundations Saturdays
Always wanted to try aerial silks but not sure where to start?
Join us for our Summer Silks Foundations Saturdays: a relaxed and supportive series of beginner-friendly workshops designed to help you build confidence in the air.
Over four Saturdays, we'll explore the fundamental skills that form the building blocks of aerial silks. You'll learn climbs, foot locks, basic wraps, poses, conditioning drills, and simple sequences while developing the strength, coordination, and body awareness needed to progress safely.
Each session is designed as a standalone workshop, so while attending all four will give you the best experience, you can also join individual dates that fit your schedule.
Perfect for complete beginners, those returning after a break, or anyone wanting to strengthen their foundations before moving on to more advanced skills.
