STUDIO GUIDELINES & FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Does my child need to bring their own sewing machine or fabric?
No. Our studio is fully equipped with premium sewing machines, cutting tools, and a beautiful selection of fabrics and notions. Everything required to complete the daily projects is included in the seat price.
Can I drop my child off, or do I need to stay?
For Lane 1 (First Stitches), parent or guardian attendance is strictly required, as you will be working dynamically with your child. For Lane 2 (Junior Maker) and Lane 3 (Lead Designer), parents are highly encouraged to drop their children off and return at the designated pickup time. Waivers are required on the first day of class.
What happens if we are running late?
Because our time frames are precisely structured to maximize actual machine time, classes start promptly on the dot. We strictly require all students to arrive 5–10 minutes before their scheduled lane time so everyone can be checked in and seated simultaneously.
Are the daily projects always the same?
No. We alternate our project curriculum throughout June and July to ensure that students who sign up for multiple days or weeks are constantly learning new technical skills, handling different materials, and making unique items to take home.
What is your refund or cancellation policy?
Because seats are highly limited to guarantee small class sizes, safe supervision, and dedicated one-on-one instruction, all standard a la carte tickets are non-refundable. If you have an emergency or scheduling conflict, please email us as early as possible to discuss potential lane transfers based on studio availability.
