Summer Series: Outdoor Yoga at Athiana Acres

Our summer series offers a serene escape into the world of Hatha yoga, perfectly complemented by relaxing music and the tranquil surroundings of a lush farm environment. Designed to harmonize the body and mind, our classes provide a peaceful retreat where you can unwind, stretch, and connect with nature.
Running in conjunction with the vibrant outdoor farm at Athiana Acres, this series presents the perfect opportunity to enjoy a mindful yoga practice followed by exploring the market's offerings and surrounding landscape. The farm will be open from 2-7pm every Wednesday.

• Location: Athiana Acres, Steveston
• Cost: $25 per session.

What to Bring:
Ensure a comfortable and fulfilling practice by bringing along your yoga mat, water bottle, sunscreen, bug spray and any personal yoga props you prefer. We also recommend bringing a picnic blanket if you wish to linger after class and enjoy the market or the farm's serene setting.

Cancellation Policy:
All sales for our Outdoor Summer Series with Athiana Acres are final. In the event of rain or cancellation due to poor weather, participants have the option to utilize their credit towards another date or apply it towards a class or special event at True Yoga. Simply email [email protected] to have your credit added to your account for future bookings.
Plus, each participant will be entered to win a personal fit session with Lululemon Richmond Centre. For every class you attend, your name will be entered into the draw. The winner will be announced at the end of August.
