Summer Send Off

Train though the summer heat and compete at our APL Summer Send Off powerlifting competition at The Strength Haven in Cranbourne, Victoria!
Sunday March 8th, 10am lift off for a 4pm eta finish. 6/1445 South Gippsland Highway, Cranbouren VIC 3977.

Hosting both tested and non-tested divisions, this will be great chance to compete later in the year and to qualify for both Nationals and Drug-Tested Nationals 2026! 45 spots available register don't miss out!

Competition Equipment:
• Squats: Rogue Power bar with a Goliath Combo Rack
• Bench: Rogue Power bar with a Goliath Combo Rack
• Deadlifts: Texas Deadlift bar

24 hour weigh in from Saturday the 7th at 10am at The Strength Haven, as well as on the morning of the comp at 8am to 10am. You will need to be a member of the Australian Powerlifting League, this can be done on their website ->Australian Powerlifting League Membership | 2024
