Many of you may know - I have trained to be a QiGong (pronounced Chee-gong) Instructor - Qigong is the grandparent of Tai Chi, in the last few years- to help myself and others alongside the therapies I offer.
I absolutely love it, and love how these exercises and classes can support Beauty and Wellbeing clients to signpost them to better health.
The excercise is gentle but effective, and very toning for the muscles. By encouraging the healthy flow of; Energy (qi) and blood, through moving meditation and breathwork it brings vitality to all the bodies key organs and systems.
Suitable for Men and Women 18-118!!!
