Summer Sanctuary Mini Yoga Retreat 🌸
This seasonal mini-retreat is designed to feel like ceremony, an invitation for your body to soften, your nervous system to recalibrate, and your heart to be soothed.
You’ll experience gentle yoga, meditation and breathwork, a small dose of seasonal Ayurvedic wisdom, and a LOT of restorative yoga for deep relaxation.
My intention is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can create a rhythm of rest. Over time, this not only helps your nervous system learn to relax, but can gently shift your baseline from stressed and overwhelmed to calmer, steadier, and more resourced.
No travel, no big commitment, just one sweet afternoon to remember who you are beneath the noise.
In this 3-hour retreat you’ll experience:
