11:00 - Gentle Hatha Yoga class to connect to the elements (outdoors weather permitting)
12:00 - Guided Meditation with sound
12:30 - Face Yoga
13:00 - 2 course lunch
14:00 - Mindful walk and reflection
15:00 - Cacao & Conscious Dance
16:00 - Closing circle
16:30 - Farewell
