We are returning to the beautiful Villa Cortijo de Paco Romo for the third time to teach a week long Summer yoga Retreat.With sun, beaches, and an historic old town to explore nearby there is plenty to do or just rest beside the pool.
Carmel & Kathryn, both senior yoga teachers with over 20 years teaching experience each, will guide daily yoga sessions in the morning and afternoon with a diverse exploration of practices combining humour and intensity to deepen your practice and find a deeper connection to mind & body.
Food is cooked each day by an award winning vegetarian chef with the option of a cookery workshop.
Spaces limited to max 14 students.
All yoga props supplied.
