Presented by sound meditation facilitators/musicians Meg Green and Lori StahlThis special Summer Reset Overnight Gong Puja will take place on Sunday, May 25, 2025—the evening before a new moon and Memorial Day, marking the unofficial start of summer. It’s also Easton Yoga’s 25th anniversary, celebrating 25 years of offering peace, healing, and movement to the Easton community.
The numerology of the day (5/25/2025) adds up to 3, symbolizing creativity, communication, and curiosity, while the year 2025 is a 9, representing reflection, endings, and new beginnings. This night invites us to release what no longer serves us and plant seeds for positive change.
Our practice will include intention setting, pranayama (breathwork), gentle movement, and an extended savasana. No experience is needed. Caffeine-free tea and snacks will be provided, but please bring a water bottle and anything you need to feel comfortable.
Join us for this auspicious evening of connection, reflection, and renewal.
Plan on creating a comfortable nest for yourself. This can include more than one yoga mat stacked, with a sleeping bag or blankets, and pillows. Please try to keep your footprint to the size of a yoga mat. You may want to bring a journal and small item (totem or crystal) to add to our altar. Please wear comfortable clothes and dress in layers.
Bring an eye mask if you prefer complete darkness. You can bring a set of earplugs if you’re sensitive to noises. There may be snoring. The ear plugs will not prevent you from receiving the benefits of the vibrational sound bath.
