Summer Reading Challenge Medal Celebration at Alcester Library

Join us to celebrate the end of the Summer Reading Challenge at this ceremony where children can complete a fun free craft activity, before receiving their medals and certificates for completing the Summer Reading Challenge.

This event is great for:

• Feeling proud of your reading journey and accomplishments
• Enjoying a special moment with friends and family
• Taking part in a fun and welcoming library event
• Discovering even more exciting books to read next
• Connecting with other young readers and sharing favourite stories

• Discovering what's on offer at our libraries

Date: Saturday 29th August 2026

Time: 11.00am -12.00pm

Age: Primary school-aged children, and their families

Booking: Booking essential (book one place per child attending)

Can't make it to an event? Please let us know! We understand that sometimes plans change and you may no longer be able to attend an event you've booked. If that happens, we kindly ask that you cancel your booking in advance.
