Join us for an evening of rhythm, connection, and community including Drumming, flute, and soothing rain sounds.
Whether you've never picked up a drum or have years of experience, you are warmly welcome. No drumming experience is necessary, and you do not need to bring a drum to participate.
Together we'll gather in a supportive circle to leave the day behind, soften the weight of stress, and enjoy an evening of rhythm, connection, and community.
I'm honored to be accompanied and assisted by the lovely Amy Andrews.
✨ What to Expect
• No drumming experience necessary
• Drums are welcome but not required
• Yoga mats provided
• Herbal tea for those who arrive a little early
• Includes guided meditation, heart-centered drumming, and gentle movement.
• Relaxation for the mind, body, and spirit
