Park Party 2026 is a free, family-friendly community celebration designed to connect King Park neighbors through community and play. The day will feature a variety of activities for all ages, including:
• Fitness classes (line dancing at 9 AM, hip hop step at 1 PM)
• Basketball clinic and activities with Grand Rapids Gold
• Community art with MUSE GR
• Student art showcase
• Water safety programming and pool safety sessions (#swim1922)
• CPR training by the Black Nurses Association
• Kids play zone and yard games
• Face painting
• Food trucks
• Live DJ
• Resource tables
