Summer Outdoor Sound Bath with Tea & Cake

Please join me for a beautiful outdoor experience in sound based meditation at Bransford Community Farm (note this is not the same venue as The Fold) . We will lie under the green canopy of trees on the lawn if the weather is warm and rest amongst the sounds of nature as we drift off to the gentle Gong, Crystal Singing Bowls and other harmonic instruments.
I will be offering regular Sound Baths here from Summer 2026 on the grass when the weather is warm, and then in the small barn once we get into the cooler months.
Please join us as we create a small and friendly community on this lovely farm away from the hustle and bustle of modern life.
Returning to a more simple and unpolished experience of nature and wellness.
Nothing to achieve or strive for, simply come as you are and just be.
If the weather is inclement we will hold this session in the cosy little craft barn next to the tearoom or under the large Dutch Barn. After the Sound Bath enjoy a hot cup of tea or coffee and a slice of homemade cake while you wander over to the lake, or sit and chat at the lawn tables.
