The biggest event in our calendar is our popular on-site open day. We open our doors at 12-noon and the Shelter will be transformed into a fun-packed day out for all the family – including your dog!
FREE ENTRY. Limited parking is available – please park elsewhere and walk to us if you can.
FAMILY DAY OUT:
Marketplace with local traders
Food and drink including BBQ, bar, cakes and ice cream
Bouncy castle and other fun activities
On-the-day raffle
Charity shop bargains
Boozy tombola
DOG ZONE: Scurry challenge, have-a-go agility, musical sits competition, young handler activities
FUN DOG SHOW: Registration opens at 12pm with the first class entering the ring at 12:30. £2 per class to enter with rosette and dog goodie bag for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each class. Full class schedule at www.gawa.org.uk/events-calendar
The on-the-day raffle will be drawn after the dog show and competition winners are announced.
