Join us for our first movie night of the summer! There will be snack vendors on site to help with your movie treat needs or bring your favorite movie night snack with you. Bring your chairs and/or blankets and spread out on the lawn of the Amphitheater as we enjoy the new movie Wonka. -- With dreams of opening a shop in a city renowned for its chocolate, a young and poor Willy Wonka discovers that the industry is run by a cartel of greedy chocolatiers.--
This event is Free to the public and Marshall University's KDP society will be hosting a canned soup and food drive. You do not need to bring a donation in to enjoy the movie, but everyone who donates any non-perishable food item will receive some sweet treats and/or delicious chocolate as a thank you gift from KDP.
KDP (Kappa Delta Pi) is national Education Honor's Society with chapters at many colleges and universities. They will be collecting to help fill the pantry at Marshall University.
