Summer Medicinal Herbs for Calm and Sleep

Join us for a guided herbal medicine walk in Cannizaro's herb garden with Nadia Hill, a local medical herbalist and naturopath. The walk will focus on botanical medicines that lift the spirits, calm anxiety, increase memory, aid sleep and wellbeing. Nadia has a degree in Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine with distinction, as well as post graduate training in Ayurveda, and in constitutional Iridology. • All walks will go ahead rain or shine: please come dressed and prepared for the weather

All proceeds from this walk go to support The Friends of Cannizaro Park, a registered charity, whose aims are to provide oversight of the park in relation to its maintenance by the London Borough of Merton and to strive to commission improvements to the Park for the benefit of visitors and the local community as a whole.

Refunds will only be offered due to cancellation by the organisers. The weather on the day will not be considered a valid reason for cancellation unless considered to be a safety risk. Guests who are unable to attend or who choose not to attend the event are not eligible for a refund if the event goes ahead.
