It’s that time of year again - our popular Lowcountry Seafood Boil is back! 🦞🥂Join us on August 21 and now also Friday, August 22 at Meadow Muse Pavilion in Fish Creek Park for a relaxed summer evening filled with good food, great company, and live East Coast-inspired music.
Enjoy a 3-course dinner featuring Southern-style hushpuppies, seasoned crawfish, mussels, shrimp, sweet corn, and classic cobbler for dessert. Delicious flavours, fresh ingredients, and that cozy summer vibe under the trees.

MENU
Jalapeno and cheddar hushpuppies with spiced mustard dip.
- Salads
Sweet heat potato salad with corn, pickled onions, and a spiced creamy dill vinaigrette.
Farmers greens mixed salad with carrot slivers, sous vide cucumber and fennel fonds with champagne vinaigrette.
- Main
Louisiana seasoned Crawfish, Cajun white Shrimp, east coast mussels, B.C. succulent little neck clams, Taber Corn, salted baby potatoes and spiced sausage all boiled together in a savoury broth to enhance flavours, served on the table with clarified butter, crab cakes, remoulade, lemon wedges and fresh herbs.
- Desserts
A selection of beignets, blueberry lemon cobbler, bourbon peach upside down cake with vanilla cream, earl grey panna cotta.
*Drinks are not included in the ticket price.

- Seating is family-style at long shared tables, so you'll be seated alongside other guests. If you're coming with a group and would like to sit together, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
- A cash bar will be available on-site.
- Parking is available within Fish Creek Park near Meadow Muse Pavilion. Please allow extra time to find a spot and enjoy the walk through the park setting.
