👉Events will begin to drop on Monday 3/16
👉 You can expect a good mix of heavy as well as athletic moving events.
👉 You can also expect a fast paced competition. Don’t worry big boys, there will be plenty of time in-between events to rest but historically we are done with event 5 by 2pm
