Kundalini Yoga is a fusion of movement, dynamic breathing, pranayama, meditation, sound, and mantra. Practices are woven together to create a specific outcome in order to harmonize the physical, emotional, and energetic systems of the body. The aim is to cultivate increased awareness, expanded consciousness, and enhance vitality and resilience. These practices are accessible to all levels.All you need is an open mind and receptive heart to experience the benefits of these practices.
Classes run from 6/12 to 7/31. No classes 6/26 & 7/10.
