Summer Kick Off Event at Monroe Biomedical Research

Join Monroe Biomedical Research for our Summer Kick Off Event on Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at our Monroe location: 343 Venus Street, Monroe, NC 28112.

We’re inviting the community to come out, bring family and friends, and enjoy a fun-filled day as we kick off the summer season together. This free community event is designed for people of all ages and will include activities, giveaways, food, and opportunities to learn more about health and research studies happening right here in Monroe.

Guests can enjoy free A1c testing, which can help provide insight into blood sugar levels and overall health. Our team will also be available to answer general questions about research studies, how participation works, and what types of studies may be available for adults in the community.

The event will also include a raffle for gift cards, prizes and giveaways, a bounce house for kids, face painting, free delicious food, and a petting zoo. Whether you’re stopping by for the health resources, bringing your children for the activities, or simply looking for a fun community event to attend, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.

Monroe Biomedical Research is proud to host events that bring people together, support community wellness, and help families learn more about clinical research in a welcoming and friendly environment. Our goal is to make health education feel approachable while giving the community a chance to connect, ask questions, and have fun.
