Shinmura Judo is hosting Summer Judo Pop-Ups in the Heritage Community this summer for youth aged 8-12!
🗓️ Saturday July 18
⏰ 12:30-1:30 PM
📍 Mitakuyé Owâs’ā Centre (1770 Halifax Street)
Stay fit, make new friends, build confidence, and learn the basics of Judo in a safe and fun environment. No Judo experience is needed and no Judogi (uniform) will be required.
