West Coast Arm Sports presents: Summer Jam Squeeze Fest! The contest will consist of four (4) events:
- 3x4” Saxon Bar
- 2x5” Saxon Bar
- Ironmind Apollon’s Axle Wagon Wheel Deadlift
- Double Rolling Handle Hang for Time
Format: 3 Attempts for the lifts Hang for time - two attempts, but if you take a second attempt, it will erase the first attempt
