Find out how to stay cool and refreshed this summer by exploring the benefits of herbal beverages! You will learn how to steep a variety of herbs, citrus and spices to create delicious, health-supporting drinks perfect for warm weather. Discover ingredients known for their cooling properties while promoting hydration and overall wellness. Leave with simple recipes and techniques to help you feel balanced, refreshed and revitalized all summer long.
Tuition is $25 per student. There is a $15 material fee payable to the instructor the day of class.
