9:45-12:15am Potluck Practica with Virginia
Around the world dancers fill Virginia's Biomechanics Block class recognizing the importance of understanding how to use their bodies efficiently and effectively to create a more enjoyable experience for themselves and their partners.
SATURDAY, AUGUST 1 -Virginia offers a two-hour Block class in two parts:
1:00 - 2:00pm. For those new to the Block concept and a review for those who have previously taken it.
2:15 - 3:15pm. Hardcore block class. Challenging and highly-effective for those who want and need to push their tango to the next level.
Please bring your own Yoga block. Wear very comfortable clothes. Most of the class is done in socks but ladies, please bring heels for the end of class.
Pre-registration required.
Both classes $60 - prepaid.
One class $35 - prepaid.
