9:00am – 10:00am On-Ice: Performance Skating & Edge Efficiency Training
Ice Cut
10:00am – 11:00am On-Ice: Critical Skills / Puck Management, Stickhandling, Passing/Receiving
11:20am – 1:00pm Off-Ice: Hockey Specific Neuromuscular Training & Reactive Agility Training
1:00pm – 1:40pm Lunch / Bring Your Own
2:00pm – 3:30pm On-Ice: Skills, Compete Drills, Small Area Games
3:30pm – 3:45pm Pick Up
What to Expect:
This is not your typical, “keep the kids busy” camp with dated, arbitrary drills, no teaching/education, and silly “kick the ball around” for off-ice training. Additionally, you will not see young kids with their hats on backwards running the program. What you will find is very experienced professionals with as high as NHL training experience who are certified, and very knowledgeable of today’s modern training methods that have the most impact on today’s athletes. Expect correction, education, motivation, positive accountability, exceptional drills and progressions, strengthening the practice to game relationship, and the most advanced, challenging, and fun, off-ice workouts with the SEDIAHOCKEY GiBoards, and the most Advanced Reactive Agility Training System headed up by our Director of Neuromuscular Development and Dr. of Physical Therapy Shawn Riester.
