Summer Flavors with Chef Xun

Join us in our beautiful Cascade Garden Courtyard for a delicious summer-inspired chef demonstration featuring fresh Mahi Mahi Tacos with grilled pineapple salsa. Chef Xun will guide guests through the preparation process, sharing tips and techniques for creating this flavorful seasonal dish at home. Guests will enjoy complimentary beverages and a tasting of the freshly prepared tacos, along with a take-home recipe card to recreate the experience in their own kitchen. Following the event, attendees are invited to stay for optional group tours of the community and learn more about life at University House Issaquah.
