Summer Feather & Felting Workshop – July 5th & August 9th 9.30-12.30Step into a bright and uplifting new summer experience that blends owl encounters with creative crafting. This unique workshop offers a memorable morning with owls, followed by a relaxing and inspiring needle felting session, where you’ll create your own Summer owl and sunflower decoration to take home.
Your morning begins at 9.30am with an unforgettable hands-on owl experience. Guided by our expert falconer, you’ll meet, handle, and even fly a beautiful selection of owls, including Barn Owls, Tawny Owls, Eagle Owls, and more. It’s a truly uplifting experience and the perfect inspiration for your creative session.
Afterwards, relax in our tea room with a well-earned break, enjoying a cup of tea or coffee and a delicious slice of cake.
The morning continues with a guided needle felting workshop led by Sonia from Felted Friends by Sonia. With step-by-step instruction, you’ll learn how to transform soft wool into a cheerful owl and sunflower decoration—capturing the warmth and brightness of summer in your handmade creation.
