Indulge in a Summer Farm to Table Argentinian Style BBQ!
Featuring the culinary talents of Chef Katarzyna Ploszaj. Who was featured on Beat Bobby Flay, Chopped and Chef's Table Brooklyn. This dinner will feature a farm to table menu grilled over an Open Fire.
This is a one of a kind dinner experience. All dishes will be created by Chef Kat using farm grown produce, different woods from Flat Tack Farm and locally raised chicken from C&R Treasures Farm.
When: Saturday, July 25th, 2026 (farm tour starting at 5:00 pm and dinner ending at 8 pm)
Where: Flat Tack Farm
Ticket Price: $50 includes tax and fees, drinks available by donation at the event (we'll have a special drink menu with seasonal flavors to compliment the meal.) Ticket cost includes: Mezze (Appetizers), Main and Dessert
Reservations are Required and held by pre-payment due by Monday, July 20th.
