This community event is not to be missed. We are excited to welcome back the dynamic duo team Ben Wisch and Denise DeLuca to experience the Summer Equinox together!
Celebrate the arrival of summer with us at our Summer Equinox gathering on June 19, 2026—an evening designed to restore, connect, and nourish. We’ll begin with a calming yoga nidra experience to help you unwind and reset paired with live music that brings warmth and energy to the longest days of the year. Together, we’ll share a vibrant, nutritious community meal inspired by the season, highlighting fresh, wholesome ingredients that fuel both body and spirit. Come be part of this meaningful moment—where wellness, community, and the rhythms of nature come together.
What to expect:
Accessible to all levels, Yoga Nidra offers the restorative power of deep rest—leaving you feeling refreshed, grounded, and fully aligned with the energy of summer.
The evening would not be complete unless we shared a delicious, nutritious meal together that will nourish the body and soul. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated.
Come together in community to pause and create harmony and balance with the true understanding that when we offer this gift to ourselves, it becomes an offering of well-being and peace for all beings.
Who’s Invited:
– Come solo, with friends or your partner — all are welcome!
– No prior yoga experience necessary, beginners are welcome and encouraged!

Tickets are $65 per person and must be purchased in advance by registering online or call 201-444-2955.
Partial proceeds will be donated to Healing Meals, a nutritious food gifting program for children with cancer and their families and seniors in need. Space is limited, reserve today.

**About Ben Wisch:** As a multiple Grammy Award Winning Producer and Artist, Ben brings his unique blend of artistry and musicianship along with his passionate commitment to finding the gift in each day to his Yoga Classes, Workshops, and Teacher Training Programs. Formally trained in both Iyengar and Anusara Yoga, he has a strong background in classical alignment and technique and teaches from the perspective of finding optimal balance of strength and grace in the asana practice. **About Denise DeLuca:** It’s with great humility that Denise offers humans experiential wisdom coming from over 30 years of being curious and nourished by the sacred practices of yoga that include devotional movement, mantra and meditation. She received her first 200 hour Yoga certification in 1998 and went on to receive formidable Anusara training in 2006 and her studies continue on. She has exceed over 5000 hours of yoga training because of a perpetual enthusiasm for learning and being a student of life! She is dedicated to a path of ever deepening spiritual discovery that fuels her capacity to be of loving service as a teacher, parent and partner.
