Instructor and Instructor Assistant

In this role, you will:

• Lead and deliver mission-aligned curriculum that engages, inspires, and motivates students
• Cultivate authentic relationships with participants, peers, and staff to create a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment.
• Facilitate group discussions, hands-on activities, and projects that promote active learning.

Strong classroom management skills and experience working with youth are highly preferred.

Operations Associate

Are you detail-oriented and thrive behind the scenes ensuring programs run smoothly?

In this role, you will:

• Ensure all logistic files for each summer program are organized and updated day-by-day (location of program, organizing gift cards for participants, digitizing the physical attendance sheets)
• Assist in properly enforcing the security policy while effectively coordinating between the two summer programs.
• Serve as a field trip chaperone, ensuring proper supervision ratios are maintained and supporting safe, organized travel experiences.
