Featuring instruction from former college player Kohl Navarre, hitters will learn the exact mechanics, mental approaches, and elite training routines used at the collegiate level.
We don't just guess at development—we measure it. Throughout the summer, players will have their swings, exit velocity, and launch angles tracked on our state-of-the-art HitTrax system to ensure measurable progress and real results.
What We Focus On:
Elite Hitting Mechanics: Optimizing your stance, load, and swing path to maximize barrel consistency, bat speed, and exit velocity.
Plate Strategy & Approach: Developing a selective, aggressive mindset. Master pitch selection, ahead-in-the-count hunting, and elite two-strike fighting approaches.
Situational Hitting: Learning how to drive the ball with power, advance runners, execute in high-pressure moments, and drive in runs.
Data-Driven Performance: Getting real-time feedback on our HitTrax machine to track power metrics, distance milestones, and swing efficiency all summer long.
