Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement practice. There are no steps to follow, no technique to master, no way to do it wrong. Only you, the music, and whatever is alive in your body right now. We let that lead.
It is a space without words — where the thinking mind gets to rest and the body gets to speak. Some mornings that looks like wild, full-body release. Others it is slow and inward, a quiet conversation with yourself. Both are welcome. All of it is welcome.
We gather as a group, we move in our own way, and something happens in that shared field — an energy, a aliveness, a sense of coming home to yourself before the day begins.
No experience needed. No performance required.
Just show up, take off your shoes, and let your body remember what it already knows.
