Summer Eclipse Sound Baths

We are so excited to gather for our Summer Season Eclipse Sound Baths with two options to choose from: Thursday August 20th at 6:30 PM or Sunday, August 23rd at 4 PM. The very talented Ms. Pepper G will be assisting with musical accompaniment from around the room.
These sound baths occur during the eclipse portal which is an important time to find inner stillness and peace.
~featuring Empyrean crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gong, chimes, ocean drum, water disc, and binaural crystal sets for alpha, gamma, and theta vibrations.
To relax on purpose is to reach a deeper level of healing. Tune in to the sound of the crystal bowls as they awaken the crystalline structure of our bones and the most crystalline structure of our bodies--the pineal gland. When we hear notes at random, we awaken the occipital region of our brains.
Activating alpha and theta states can bring clarity, insights, Eureka moments, and a greater level of healing. Sound is an ancient form of healing that transforms us on all levels--physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. The vibration penetrates physical form to reach every cell of our bodies.
We will be serving tea and tarot for guests who wish to arrive a little early or linger a little longer, and we provide plush memory foam mats and reclining zero gravity chairs for your comfort.

What to bring: water bottle, journal, pen and you may want to bring your own mat, pillow or blanket, though I do have some available for RSVP'd guests. Space is limited. We have an assortment of plush mats, zero gravity reclining chairs, and yoga mats available.
