Summer Dinner in Whites 2024

This year's Summer Dinner in Whites will take place on Thursday July 4, 2024. This chic pop-up picnic dinner will feature a wonderful evening of food, Ontario wine, music and, of course, your friends, all gathered together at an iconic outdoor location.

This year all proceeds from the event will support and course. Please consider donating to these worthy local charities that support families and youth in our community. About your tickets:

• Each ticket is good for two people - we need an even number of guests!
• This is an adult only event - all attendees must be of legal drinking age.
• Your ticket price includes all taxes and service charges - what you see is what you pay!
• You will be selecting your WINE with your ticket purchase. There are 6 options:

-NO wine

-ONE bottle - red or white

-TWO bottles - 2 reds or 2 whites or 1 red & 1 white

Please Note:

• This is your only option to purchase WINE.
• ONE bottle of Ontario wine per person. This is the ONLY alcohol permitted.

ALL outside alcohol will be confiscated.

Please limit your purchase to 4 tickets (8 people). If your group is larger than this, please complete a second transaction.

By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, or any other purpose by Summer Dinner in Whites and its affiliates and representatives. You release Summer Dinner in Whites, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.

By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Summer Dinner in Whites or the person or entity designated to do so by Summer Dinner in Whites.

You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.
