A two-day contemporary dance intensive designed to reconnect with movement, creativity, and artistic practice before the start of the new season.
Combining contemporary technique, improvisation, movement research, and choreographic creation, the intensive offers space to train, create, and deepen your artistic practice in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Whether you are returning from a summer break, preparing for a new season of training, or simply looking for an inspiring creative environment, this intensive offers space to move, create, and challenge yourself alongside others.
During the two days we will explore:
• Contemporary dance technique
• Guided improvisation
• Movement research and creative tasks
• Choreographic tools and composition
• Individual and collective creation

Julien Klopfenstein is a French choreographer, performer, and teacher based in Budapest. His choreographic work has been presented through stage, site-specific, and film projects, and he has performed and collaborated internationally as a freelance artist. Drawing from his experience as both creator and performer, he leads workshops that combine contemporary dance training, creative research, and choreographic practice.
