Summer Cornell Cares Project with Trees Atlanta

Join us in collaboration with Trees Atlanta to beautify Perkerson Park!
The project focuses on forest restoration, which includes hand-pulling and cutting invasive species like English ivy, Chinese privet, and kudzu. Please note that this work involves physical activity such as bending, lifting and kneeling.
Trees Atlanta can accommodate up to 25 volunteers without requiring a group donation. Join us in this worthwhile cause.

Time: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Location: Perkerson Park (Forest Restoration)

Requirements:
- Wear long pants and long sleeves and clothes you don't mind getting dirty
- Bring a water bottle.
- Recommended: hat, sunscreen and bug spray.
